Have you heard of my friend "Water" ?! Well I just discovered her and all the things she can do for my life. Sometimes you just need some help with the most basic "selfcare & health" hacks. I promise never to post a "678 steps to a better, healthier you" post, if you promise to hear me out!
This is a HARD one because, as young people I question how much we value the basics like - sleep for more than 4 hours, eat something green every 5 meals and drink water.
So excited to finally start listening to my body and figuring our practical fool proof ways to not ignore it for the pursuit of "the hustle".
